Manufacturing built around your order

Each order begins with understanding your requirement and approving the design, materials and branding. Production then follows a defined sequence with checks along the way, so the bags you receive match what you approved.

Production stages

From fabric to finished bag

Step 1
Fabric cutting
Approved patterns are marked and cut so every panel matches the specification.
Step 2
Stitching & assembly
Panels, pockets, zippers and straps are stitched and assembled into the finished bag.
Step 3
Printing & branding
Logos are applied by printing, embroidery or labels as agreed in the sample.
Step 4
Finishing
Threads trimmed, hardware fitted and each bag shaped and cleaned.
Step 5
Quality inspection
Seams, zippers, branding and dimensions are checked against the approved sample.
Step 6
Packing & dispatch
Bags are packed as specified and dispatch is coordinated to your timeline.
